It is really shocking for me when i heard that a bill of Rs 11 crore has been spent unnecessarily in the name of gaurding a world class terrorist "Kasab".S like u people i too wondered when i heard this... But what to do rather than gaurding him it is better to hang him and this has been quoted by Indo-Tibetan Border Police force for providing security to him and they are asking for reimbursement...
